I started to reminisce the other day about a time when we were kids and our parents used to round all of us kids up on a Sunday and drive us to all the lottery homes to tour them and dream. It was always very exciting for all of us, even just the thought would give us chills. Being able to see the many different homes and styles brilliantly done always made us wide-eyed.
Fast forward to my 30s and I’m now that mom touring BC Children’s Hospital Foundation’s Choices Lottery Homes. Drew and I had the morning off and we took advantage of the date day to drive to South Surrey and tour the multi-million dollar lottery home that a lucky winner could win when purchasing a Choices Lottery Grand Prize ticket. Sharon Hendrix of Sterling Home Staging & Design is the incredible designer of this grand prize home, and she met us at the home and toured us around. This home was beyond anything we even imagined. It is fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, media room, bar, office, workout room, tons of storage, garage, white crisp clean kitchen, patio and not to forget the 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom rental suite. A total of 3,575 sqft. This prize package also comes with $75,000 in furnishings, a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLC 350 electric and $750,000 cash. This total grand prize package is worth over $2.5 million!
